There are two double bedroom suites and one twin bedroom. Each bedroom is en-suite, with a shower and bath and they are all air-conditioned. The two double bedrooms have direct access to the front patio and the twin bedroom has direct access to the rear patio.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with filtered drinking water on tap as well as oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

To the rear of the villa is a utility room with an additional sink and drainer and a washing machine, from here you can access a private outside decked patio area.

Location

Villa Jacaranda is located in the west side of Playa Blanca close to Aqualava Waterpark, approximately 10 minutes walk to the Playa Flamingo area where there are shops, a beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. The centre of Playa Blanca is within easy walking distance.

Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca is located in the South of Lanzarote. This was once a fishing village that has developed over the years. Many of the local restaurants still offer fresh fish of the day.

In and around Playa Blanca there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops. There is also the superb Marina Rubicon area and a Ferry Harbour with daily crossings to Fuerteventura.

There is a seafront promenade running the whole length of Playa Blanca, from the light house at Pechiguera to just before the Papagayo beaches. These beaches are a set of beautiful natural reserve coves - amongst the prettiest in the Canaries.
